I am Nhất Nguyễn, and I began this journey to solve a deeply frustrating problem: the mechanical friction of video editing.
For decades, crafting video required countless hours of manual timeline slicing, audio syncing, and tedious color grading. The barrier to producing high-quality, cinematic content wasn't creativity—it was the steep learning curve of the software and the sheer volume of manual labor.
At EzVideo, our approach is fundamentally different. Our Autonomous Pipeline leverages the immense reasoning space of Google Gemini 3.1. Instead of just "generating" a video, Gemini acts as the central Director. It reasons through pacing, drafts scene compositions, triggers API calls to models like Imagen and VEO 3, and perfectly aligns voiceover layers through ElevenLabs.
Because everything is orchestrated mathematically, our system can assemble a professional, framerate-perfect timeline behind the scenes. This enables us to maintain complete creative control while entirely removing the manual workload.
Looking ahead, we are building a heavily fortified infrastructure layer hosted on AWS and Google Cloud to support massive batch-rendering at scale. From lightning-fast iteration speeds to automated thumbnail A/B testing—our vision is to arm individual creators with the production capability of an entire studio.

EzVideo was founded with a single mission: to completely automate the video production pipeline. By combining large language models (Google Gemini), state-of-the-art vision models (Veo 3, Imagen), and ultra-realistic AI voiceover (ElevenLabs), we are building an autonomous AI Director capable of ideating, rendering, voicing, and compositing cinematic content without human intervention.
